Let the Heart be broken

Whatever we need to feel in this moment,we allow ourselves to feel.Let the pain, grief, hurt, disappointments, loss, betrayals and joys open the path into the Heart and break open its door.Let yourself be not afraid of opening into the heart, for it is wise and knows how to fully feel its capacity and work its way to healing. When we fear to break the Heart,we block the True path to God(Love).

Whereas when we depend on the continuous troubled state of the mind,it finds ways only to escape the afflictions thus prolonging pain and suffering, trapping us in clinging and hankering for happy, pleasureable and false enticements.

No matter what we may think, feel or believe ourselves to be,we are Pure energy of Love and Consciousness, incapable of deliberate injurious intentions! And while we travel along the journey of life,it is a purpose to find our way into the Heart to witness,be and live that Truth of who we are and so make the world around us a brighter place to be in for ourselves and all those we associate with.

Can we truly reflect on this…..if we do not have love, joy and kindness to offer of ourselves…who or what are we?

The Divinity Within

When we have recognized the Divinity within ourselves,we can truly recognize another. We bow in respect and understanding of ourselves and to the beggar, the thief, the priest and the politician all the same. There is no enemy, who are we ‘fighting’against, who are we judging about, who are we condenming upon, why are we creating divisiveness about my colour and your colour, my religion and your religion, this politician and that priest, this gay or that straight person, this prostitute or that saint?

We are all but One in our Divine nature of Love,Compassion, Wisdom and Pure Awareness. And when we look through the eyes of compassion and awareness,we act only with kindness and understanding for each other.

Author of To Resurrect the True Self

The Spiritual Love story

Some of us may have come across many times in our lives to hear of the words ‘spiritual journey’ and others may have no clue or have no regard of these words and what it means. To some it could conjure a frightening sense of it to be all a supernatural type of thing not for the faint -hearted or perhaps religious practices meant for extraordinary people or even ascertained as sanctimonious pursuits to reach a goal of ‘holiness’.So therefore we shun and disregard the word spiritual altogether.

As long as some of us might belong/practice or belief in a religious tradition or the some of us who are not affliated to any one religious tradition….we carry on with our daily lives as per usual forgetting who we truly are!

The spiritual journey is but a simple, direct, authentic process without a goal or pursuit of any kind of state or title. We can change the word journey to become adventure, thus call it ‘spiritual-adventure’.It is a True Love story,a love affair with ourselves, for ourselves to be of benefit to everyone, yes, even to those who cause harm and dislike us!We see ourselves as a noble, courageous and benevolent knight battling compassionately to release the imprisoned self from ‘demons'(the pain and suffering of fears, hatred, anger, greed, selfishness, jealousies, resentments, guilt, unhealthy habitual traits, and afflicted states,cravings/desires,attachment,etc.)The knight is seen bravely and lovingly removing toxic energies blocking the path into the knowing/witnessing of who we truly are…The True Self,we can call it ‘God/Godliness’ as in the attributes of Pure Awareness,Love(compassion), Wisdom and child-like innocent/simplistic Joy(our original state of being).

When the knight devotedly, valiantly and nobly enters the battlefield to truly, sincerely fight for the cause of Love,Peace and Kindness, the war is won and the True Self is revealed and joyously benefited by all who are wise to discern its Truth. When the battle is ‘won’,the warrior has found Freedom from unnecessary/wasteful suffering and True love(compassion),kindness and peace, the Heart is open, never to be shut again.

Will anything last forever?

Does our ‘happiness’ depend on others and external circumstances?

When we experience any kind of loss, despair and disappointments….we grieve,we feel the aching of the heart, anger arises,we hurt,we mourn and perhaps torment others and ourselves further. The sadness looms indefinitely!

—Do we want it to last forever?

—Will it last forever?

When we experience happiness,we laugh,we feel ‘high and frivolous’,we feel ecstatic,we celebrate,we smile and perhaps wastefully treat others.

—Can it last forever?

—Will it last forever?

When the mind is busy nattering and chattering with non-stop worries, fabricating stories of past remembraces and drifting with anxiety over future endeavours.

—Do we want it to last forever?Do we want ways of peace?

—Will it last forever?

When we witness suffering within us, around us and to those close and dear to us.

—Do we want it to last forever?

—Will it last forever?

Will we want only to be an island of selfish happiness surrounded by an ocean of misery?Or can and will we make a change and be a lighthouse of Love, Wisdom, Joy and Kindness to share with others and be a source of comfort, strength, courage and hope?

What could we understand a little on the Teachings of Jesus

Understanding a little teaching on Jesus not in a religious point of view but on the human sense.

The story of Jesus, his teachings and the culmination of deep love he displayed towards the end of his life for his friends who were also known as his disciples as well as the whole human creation, touches me in a very poignant way.It is as though, I have come to know him personally.I can imagine myself being in his company while he was celebrating his last days and leaving the fragrance of loving mercy, tenderness and humility to linger on for all of humanity to savor. What does it mean to have been taught to believe and accept Jesus as a saviour?

I have come to fully understand that we cannot simply believe or accept anything that has been taught to us ‘blindly’unless we have diligently discerned, paid attention and deciphered the meaning of the words delivered by any enlightened spiritual Master.Unless we learn to effectively apply the teachings to our own lives and have been tested and tried and experienced deepest grief, heartfelt pain and ecstatic joy without running away(in illusory, temporary escapes).Unless we face all events and consequences to allow every phenomena to teach and transform us positively,we remain saturated only in an external believing status and not rooted inwardly in true experiencing mode.

We each have this Conscience within us,we can call it Christ,Buddha or God Consciousness,it is all the same, all spiritual teachers are pointing directly inwards into our human being as a reminder to wake up to our True Self. Each and every one of us human share the same grieving sadness, the same joyful wonders and potential raising of Consciousness to benefit humanity. We need but the courage to allow ourselves to break down layers of barricades that have blocked our hearts to Love fearlessly and quell the turmoil of our confused and erratic states of mind caused by the many distorted views/ideas,voices/teachings the world has ‘indoctrinated’ us with.

When we sit in Silence with ourselves we listen to only One Voice, the Voice of Divine Conscience that speak only of Truth and Love(always in and for goodness). There is no separation of religion, race, gender, culture, believer or unbeliever of a God,the poor or the rich, saint or terrorist….we are all One,human race and our One True Religion is Love!
We are all on this journey in life to help each other grow as we should be,to be Kind and Humane. So all generations present and future can enjoy the peacefulness of living conditions.Do we want our children/grandchildren/great-grandchildren and so on,to suffer the devastating and foolish ego-centred/maniacal ways of the illusory world?

We can start with ourselves in quiet introspective reflection on what we truly want in Life and of Life for ourselves and for those we say we love/care for.Do we choose selfishness or selflessness to exemplify for others to witness?

Lessons to learn
Everything about this man Jesus, whose teachings I have come to know thru the gospels read in church, thru the new testaments written in the bible and movies and stories about his life, has opened up a stirring and revolution within myself,he helped move me to apply and practice his teachings to my everyday life and learning.
When he said that one has to die in order to be born again ….I understood it to be to die to ego(selfishness),to old familiar habituated patterns of living, foolish reveries and addictions….and so I learned to looked deeply into myself to find answers for the truth and make changes, the doing away of unnecessary and wasteful suffering……
When he said…”when someone slaps you on the right cheek, give the left as well”……I learned from him the meaning of humility and not to retaliate, resist and defend the self from wrongful accusations and injustice.Instead,I learned also to check within myself for a chance to ‘wake-up’ to goodness.
When he said…”when someone asks you for your cloak, give your shirt as well”….I learned that he meant it to be being benevolent, kind and understanding/respectful of and to others and not expect anything back when you give…
When he said ….”blessed are the pure of heart for they shall see God”,I have understood that,it is about being honest, sincere and having goodness of intentions in words, thoughts and actions, not trying to fool others or to abuse and take advantage of anyone/anything.And to see God,for me it means to witness our own innate states of beauty, goodness, kindness and truth, our pure luminous conscience and consciousness(awareness).
When he said….”no one lights a lamp and hides it in a jar or under the bed but instead puts in on a stand so that others can see”,I learned that we ourselves must be that light so that others might not live in darkness and be in constant stumbling, falling, hurt and to live in unnecessary suffering.

So I allowed him be a teacher of truth, of love and of forgiveness to me;which he taught so prolifically and fearlessly to the people of his time, till today and time eternal.
He walked all over the countryside of Israel during his era joyously, lovingly, teaching and exemplifying mercy/forgiveness,teaching about looking deeply into the self to find love, truth and freedom from suffering. He taught about not looking at the speck of your neighbour’s eye but instead to pull out the log from one’s own eye first. From this significant teaching I had to learn to sit in the company of myself.Painfully, yet slowly, with the knowledge that if I pulled out the ‘log’ in my own eye(Being),I would be ending that which is causing so much pain to myself and outpouring the agony unto others.

Jesus himself had to learn how to go inward into himself,to be alone in the desert, to overcome temptations(illusions of the world),to find himself and the truth and to come face to face with his sufferings and divinity. With the knowledge of finding that truth within himself,he felt compelled to allow the compassion within himself to tirelessly spread, teach and share the healing message of love, charity and forgiveness.

What does the word ‘Love’mean to us when we say it, when we feel it,when we think about it?Do we really have to know Jesus to know love or do we truly have to sit in quiet reflection to know that we are Love.Jesus and other spiritual Masters are all pointing us into that direction of looking into ourselves to witness it.
