We can choose to let our thoughts(intentions),deeds/actions,intense emotional reactions and speech to be like a downpour of arrows to hurt and cause trouble or a bouquet of flowers to encourage, comfort and bring joy(to self and others).
Meditation warms the heart and is the highest form of taking care of oneself.It helps in the melting away of negative afflictions,watching, guarding and guiding against unnecessary sufferings of the inner being.True understanding,clarity and wisdom develop.
We hold that choice in our hands either to make ourselves and others ‘happy’ or miserable!
