Being vigilant(mindful)

To conserve our spiritual energies,we gather(pull) ourselves together by way of practicing vigilance, observing and minding our own business so to speak. We watch ourselves inwardly rather than the habitual tendency to look outwardly at others … judge, blame, criticise ,mock, put down, slander, compete with, etc…
When we pay attention to our thoughts and intentions(motives),our actions and reactions, our speech and what we mean to say,we watch our bodily sensations to pain and feelings(sense pleasures as well)…we can slowly truly begin to practice the journey towards healing…we can learn to be care-full instead of care-less.So when we watch ourselves with care like a mother watching her baby with tenderness,we can then project respect and understanding for others….allowing ourselves and others to simply be!
